Lillian Axe was a massively underrated melodic metal band from New Orleans. Their self-titled debut LP was released in 1988. Containing ten electrifying compositions, the album showcased a variety of emotions, gathered both in heavy rocking tracks as well as beautiful ballads. Producer Robbin Crosby (ex-guitarist of Ratt) managed to capture the key elements of Lillian Axe's style, which blended into one powerful rock experience. One of the highlights of this record was the opening track "Dream of a Lifetime", released as the band's first single. This remastered reissue digipakc comes in an numbered edition of 2000.
